The value of the voucher cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash. If the cost of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, it must be supplemented by another means of payment. However, if the amount of the service is less than the amount on the voucher, the establishment will not reimburse the difference. Vouchers will not be accepted after their expiry date.
